Yes – everyone progresses differently, but sadly, not so differently. It basically come down to which form of MSA your wife has. I suspect you are in America – Ohio perhaps – have you contacted the Shy Drager support group there – http://groups.yahoo.com/group/shydrager – they are very supportive and have a wealth of information.
